I love that yoga is a holistic practice of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My vinyasa class is joyful, dynamic, and heart-centered, and includes mantra and meditation.
Yoga has a way of peeling away layers of what is covering the truth inside; my hope is students leave class feeling more connected, balanced, happy, in touch with what they value, and aligned with their authentic self.
My classes are grounded in alignment cultivating a trust of the natural intelligence of the body and breath. I weave yogic philosophy in and out of the vinyasa practice so that yoga can be taken off the mat and into daily life.
I believe yoga is the most effective practice for self-discovery, love, compassion, acceptance, health, happiness, and peace.
